May 2008 February 2008 January 2008 Units A&B Bentley Business Park Our contact numbers have not changed. These new premises give us more room and in the very near future we will have a showroom so you can look at different styles of 'range' in the 'flesh'. NEW CHAMPIONS AGAIN! December In the UK, Kiremko-KFE service division are currently training our engineers on Perfecta frying equipment and arranging to stock all the necessary parts. We are hopeful that we will be able to help service customers with Perfecta frying ranges from with immediate effect. Any new installations and subsequent twelve month warranty will be handled by ourselves from that date. We are now able to offer existing customers after sales service, maintenance contracts and parts. As the only range supplier to fully employ our own service personnel, we strive for the highest standards to assist and support the sale of Holland’s leading range brands ...KIREMKO and PERFECTA. To provide an even better nationwide coverage we have been expanding our service department over the past few months. We now have ten factory trained, CORGI registered engineers supporting Rick Higson and the project management department which has recently been enhanced by the employment of Simon Parsonson, who is well respected in the industry and has a vast experience of Dutch frying ranges. Our knowledgeable service office team are managed by the recent appointment of Vanessa Herd, and over the forthcoming weeks we are moving into our new office and warehouse facility which will provide us with larger range and parts storage, a workshop and a working showroom for the benefit of potential customers but also for further research and development of both KIREMKO and PERFECTA. One of our recent successes is the completion of an annual service contract to suit all budgets and available to all KIREMKO and PERFECTA customers, offering various options from Bronze to a fully inclusive Platinum contract. August Kiremko has many Italian/Scottish customers who support the brand and this was an opportunity to return some of the support. Henry Colbeck agreed to sponsor the festival and supplied fish and other sundry items for the event and Kiremko supplied two Fado free standing friers - one for fish and the other for chips. The evening to say the least was a fantastic success with over 1600 people served fish & chips in a period of just over 4 hours. The proceeds of the festival went to a fund for the restoration of a 16th century church in the vicinity of the village and Sarah Crolla who was the co-ordinator of the festival showed her and her community’s appreciation for the support given by both Kiremko and Henry Colbeck. Many Kiremko customers come from the region and some of them were frying on the evening itself. There were numerous positive comments about the performance of the pans and everyone was delighted that not a single person went without. It showed very effectively how quick, efficient and consistent the pans perform under the most extreme conditions. “There is no doubt, said Marcel Okkerman, co-owner of Kiremko in Holland, that we will be back next year to support this important and enjoyable event.”, Click here for pictures of the Festival June Alison, who runs The Anstruther Fish Bar in Fife with husband Robert said, “The policeman came running in and asked if we could do a quick take-away, explaining that he wasn’t joking and that he really did need the meal in one minute.” Apparently, Camilla is thought to have heard about The Anstruther from her food writer son, Tom Parker Bowles who was one of the judges of the Fish & Chip Shop of the Year competition or may be from Prince William who was a regular visitor to the shop whilst at St. Andrews University, nine miles away. Camilla’s haddock, which was cooked on The Anstruther’s Kiremko fish & chip frying range, could not have been much fresher. “It only landed at Aberdeen this morning and arrived here at 11.30am,” said Alison, whose staff was serving local MP Sir Menzies Campbell as she spoke. The independent non profit company set up by the Government works with UK businesses and the public sector to cut carbon emission through practical advice and support. A further advantage unique to the heat exchanger pans is that they are able to produce up to 15 to 20lbs of raw chips in an average of 6½ to 7 minutes at a frying temperature of only 155 degrees. In all competitors’ ranges this frying temperature will be a minimum of 20-25 degree higher, which would cause oil breakdown at a time when legislation is making the disposal of spoilt oil a major consideration.
